There were two well-known sherriffs. Rosco P. Coltrane of Hazzard County and Sherriff Big Ed Little of Chikisaw County. The name of the two duke boys who were always being chased were Bo and Luke.

The only name that anyone can remember from the show is/was Flash. She was rosco's dog. However, in certain episodes, it is said that Flash was originally one of the deputy's dogs, but then got turned over to Rosco.
