Justin Morgan, a horse breeder- and the title character of the somewhat nursery-Rhyme sounding ( Justin Morgan had a Horse) was a White Man. He owned a horse-breeding farm. What kind of horse is best for jumping and dressage?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

There is no real correct answer to this question because many kinds of horses jump and do dressage and do it well. The dressage and hunter community seem to lean toward the warmbloods and jumpers and eventers tend to lean toward thoroughbred type horses. That is more for upper level though. At lower levels, as long as the horse is built for it, has good comformation, no lameness issues and has a good head, they can jump and do dressage no matter what the breed.

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

It is limited to three year old thoroughbreds only. No Belgians or mustangs need apply. Geriatric Gypsy Horses go away, Premature ponies will be escorted out. All size challenged animals like Hanoverian's may leave their applications in the circular file cabinet next to the watercooler.

They are bred to run. Someone said that the Thoroughbred has been bred and inbred with a locomotive for a heart and champange glass stems for legs. Perhaps some form of Genetic discipline or engineering will be required.

Yes. There is a Horse Racing mini game.

Befriend Katy to five hearts and speak with her while she is at Brownie Ranch early in the day. You should get the cut scene where she challenges you to a Horse Race.

That will unlock the Horse Race mini game and you can play it as many times as you want by selecting "Mini Games" while at the title screen.

How do you win a horse race in Harvest Moon Magical Melody?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

If you look on your calender at your house, it will show that on fall and spring, there will be a horse festival (the day you can race your horses) go to theadore at the town square and he will ask you what you want to do. go to "start the race" and he will ask you if you want to perticipate. In order to participate your horse will have to be close to that ranking level. If it says you cant participate keep doing the same thing. If its your 4th time doing that and it still says you cannot participate, then you must have not had leveled up your horse with 2 hearts. You have to have 2 or more hearts in order to participate at least one of your horses. If you still don't understand, I'm not shure what you can do.I hope I helped! - Ashlie R.
