the way that you can get better at Fortnite is by going into creative and practice building, place down a bot and practice shooting, or build a few walls and practice editing, or you can simple go into a match and camp and watch other people in you lobbies play, I would not consider it camping if you are doing it to learn.

Whether a game is good or bad for someone can depend on a number of different factors, such as the age of the individual, their emotional maturity, the lenght of time they play, etc.

The big rule of thumb as far as whether the game has become a problem is whether or not the game is interfering with the child's life. A child who is skipping school or not doing homework is probably not making the best decision in playing.

Minecraft would still be the clear winner because the game was designed with creativity in mind while fortnite was designed to be a battle royale game first in a creativity tool later down the line. They’re very different games but if you’re not a very competitive person fortnite isn’t going to be the game for you and that is a big sign of minecraft taking the lead.
