The Igneous rock formed when magma cools are;
1. Extrusive (Volcanic) Igneous Rock; which are igneous rocks
formed when magma cools outside the earths crust. The texture of of
extrusive igneous rock is fine grained.
2. Intrusive (Plutonic) Igneous Rock; these are igneous rocks
formed by gradual cooling of magma within the earths crust. The
texture is coarse grained.
