yes if your dog ate marijuana he may never stop eating. it will be catastrophic. first the marijuana then all other food in your home and eventually your furniture, clothing and last but not least he will try to eat you. remember for dogs, users aren't losers their master killing furniture eating death machines
Yes. Marijuana is a CNS depressent. It slows heart rate, blood pressure, body temp and breathing. THC is absorbed quickly into the bloodstream and signs of intoxication can be seen from within minutes up to 3 hours after exposure. The drug is eliminated quite quickly, but can be absorbed into fat making signs last for up to 3-4 days. Most animals will make a full recovery with supportive care from your veterinarian.
Most common Symptoms/Side Effects in Animals are:
• depression
• lethargy
• nausea & vomiting
• respiratory failure (stop breathing)
• dehydration
• hypothermia
• bradycardia (heart rate to slow)
• seizures
• coma
• death
If your dog has eaten anything with Marijuana in it or just Marijuana by itself it needs to be seen by a Veterinarian Immediately!!
** Your pet may be hospitalized for observation of temperature, heart rate, and breathing, and for treatment with intravenous fluids, repeat administration of activated charcoal, and intensive nursing care if critical. Some animals require sedation with valium, and rarely may require assistance breathing if breathing is severely affected.
It would depend on the quantity and quality of what it consumed and how large the dog is. If it ate enough of it it could become quite sick. A small amount would not be dangerous to the dog.
If you hit him hard enough!!!
If a dog eats marijuana it will die instantly... but if a dog eats 2 grams of marijuana (putting it as if he smoked it) and weighs 80 pounds (if it were fat) it would probably stay for 12-30 days depending on the fats of the body and the little fat on muscles.
I don't think it would hurt the dog. Sometimes you eat the mosquito and sometimes the mosquito eats you.
I don't think it will. My dog eats tampons, ibuprofen and plastic, she's still alive and kicking o I don't think sunscreen will hurt her.
Nothing. Shrimp won't hurt a dog.
There is no way anyone could answer this question without knowing what KIND of pills the dog ate. If your dog eats pills, call a vet immediately.
No, but be carful not to let the pups eat any garlic!
Induce vomiting as soon as possible, monitor closely and start an IV fluid line just in case.
this would depends on how much he ate, it sure is not the best thing for him, keep a close eye on your dog, if he starts to vomit or have a seizure take it to vet immediately
Yes, it will also hurt everyone who uses the marijuana.
Marijuana smoke will not kill your dog. The active ingredient, THC, is not fatal unless it is in extremely high quantities, much more than second or even first hand marijuana smoke (and I suspect your dog doesn't smoke pot) In fact, it is virtually impossible to fatally overdose on THC, which is why there are little to no marijuana overdose deaths every year, and why many feel that marijuana is safer than alcohol.
beat the dog until it throws it up! duh! No! You can't do that. You'll hurt it. If your dog eats the whole bottle, then you should contact the vet. If it only eats a little bit, then you don't need to do anything about it.
it cant...................
