You can get Louisiana Tasso Ham from Hebert's Specialty Meats. They have 3 locations in the Houston Area (Galleria/West University-(713) 621-6328, West Houston/Katy (281) 558-6328, and The Woodlands/Shenandoah)- (936)321-7770. Hebert's also has frozen already prepared Louisiana Cajun foods that just needs to be cooked (they give cooking instructions on the packages). I haven't been personally. Spouse has been there and says the people are pleasant and the service good. Prices seem reasonable but there's not a lot of local comparison for what they carry, you know?
