Can you smoke marijuana while on nicotine patch?

No you cant. Even if your on a low dosage (7mg ) you will overdose if you smoke when the patch is on. The patch is a nicotine replacement which is released through a 24 hour period without you having to inhale all the toxic chemicals in the cigarette, if your still craving with the patch on then you should consider a higher dosage. The nicotine gum can also be used but no more that 15 a day.

It is not safe to smoke while you're wearing a nicotine patch. If you smoke too much with the patch on, you can give yourself nicotine poisoning, which can be fatal.

However, as long as you are relatively young, with a healthy heart, an occasional cigarette with the patch on will probably not hurt you. Before I switched to electronic cigarettes, I was wearing the patch at work every day. On my lunch break, I would smoke with the patch on. A couple of cigarettes during my lunch hour gave me no problems, but if I chain-smoked more than 2 in a row, my heart would start beating too fast and hard, and felt like it was cramping up.

Nothing. That's basically the same thing as smoking weed then smoking a cigarette afterwards except you're just absorbing pure nicotine instead of burning tobacco.
