Ceramic heaters are considered more efficient than electric conventional heaters, as they heat faster, are more stable when achieving the desired temperature, safer and if used in the lower power settings consume less energy
I hope to save people a lot of money by answering this.
$10.00 electric heater or $500.00 electric heater
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN EFFICIENCY.
The $500.00 heater might be better build quality, safety features such as tip over protection, and or, over heat protection, and or, double cased to let cats sit on it and children not get burned from touching it, but I bet if you look up the statistics on any electric heater you will find a 120 volt, 1500 watt heater will produce 5118 btu. the only way to save money using them is to put them in the room you frequent most and turn your whole house thermostat down. please do not purchase a $ 10.00 safety feature starved electric heater if you need to use it in a situation that could benefit from having them.
Electrical water heater is the most effective but the most expensive as well.
I suggest you to purchase a solar panel to heat water.

Efficient, yes. But a poor choice for a heater. It's just a marketing gimmick. Every electric heater is nearly 100 percent efficient. Efficiency is a term not understood by many. Energy efficiency - useful work per quantity of energy. In other words, What is the job of an electric heater? To make heat. How much of the electricity fed to the heater is turned into heat? All of it. That makes it 100 percent efficient. In contrast an incandescent light bulb is only about 5 percent efficient, only 5% of the electricity fed to it is converted to light the other 95% is converted to heat.

No, that is perfectly fine as it is an electric heater, However if you had water near the electrical appliance, that would be dangerous.
all objects emit electromagnetic radiation through empty space, as well as matter. So feel the heat from the electric heater due to radiation.

The main feature of an efficient electric heater is, that is used up to 30% less engery than a conventional electric heater. This reduces the cost of the heater.
One of the most energy efficient water heating methods is the heat pump water heater. This method is proven to be two times more efficient over the standard electric water heater.
The Fahrenheat Electric 5120 BTU Baseboard Heater is very energy efficient. Because of its "baseboard" design, it is not necessary to use a powerful to disperse the heat. It uses natural radiance, which saves on electricity costs.
Normally NO
There are many gas pool heaters. Most are efficient and cost less to run than electric heating.

Any heater that has the Energy Star label will be very energy efficient. The Honeywell eco line, for instance, are very energy efficient.
An electric heater ( the only known 100% efficient device ).
The most energy efficient radiator heater is the oil filled one. A better option would be an electrical one because those are almost 100% energy efficient.
The question is better defined as "What the most energy efficient portable heater?" Because one would assume that you will want to be able to take the heater with you when or if you move.
Gas heaters are much more efficient. Electric resistance heaters are, by nature, hideously inefficient.
One can use an energy efficient heater to save on gas and electric bills, one can also wear warm clothing like sweaters and socks to help minimise the need for heating.
