Intersex generally has to do with chromosonal incongruities i.e. XXY, XYY, YY. An intersex person may appear to be male but have female organs from birth or they may change at puberty. They may also have secondary sexual characterisitics from both sexes; a beard and breasts. Intersexed children used to always be 'fixed' at birth on whatever sex was either more obvious, or in a few really bad cases, what was easiest for the doctor to cut. Nowadays parents, doctors and intersexed patients are finding it better to allow the child to grow to adolescence and then make a guided choice if they choose to have any therapy. This way no child is forced to live as one sex when their mind tells them they are the other.
Transgender is a catchall term for person's whose body is physically one single sex but the gender they have (the mind) may not match the physical sex or the mind may be in-between sexes {Have some aspects of both feminine and male roles.} Some transgender persons go on to have surgery to correct the difference between mind and body, but others are able to go without changes and either dress or act in the socially assigned role differently from the body's sex. Those who are preparing for surgery are called transsexuals, those who have had the surgery, women or men.
It is generally a slang term for someone who has male and female genitalia. Basically someone who is intersex; not all intersex people identify as transgender so no. It's all about what they choose to identify as. I would not suggest calling someone a morfidite even if they are intersex, for they may become offended.
Yes. Some Transgender women and some Intersex women have a penis.
LGBT stands for Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender Some prefer the more recent and more complete acronym LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual)
Transgender men aren't born with penises* (most of the time, unless the trans man was born a specific form of intersex)
The difference between transgender and transsexual is that transsexuals often get surgery to change their sex while transgenders simply don't identify with the sex roles that are placed on them.
Gay is a sexuality. Transgender is an adjective that further describes gender. You can be gay and transgender at the same time.

No. "shemale" is a term only used in porn.Kinnar, or hijra might be transsexual, transgender, intersex, crossdressers, or eunuchs. It is now an officially recognized third gender in India.
Gay is being sexually attracted to someone of the same sex as you, transgender is identifying a different gender than that listed on your birth certificate. A transgender person can be attracted to someone the same gender as the one they themselves were assigned at birth, so from a certain point of view it may look like gay and transgender people are the same. The difference is that a gay man still identifies primarily as male.
