"I believe myself" means trusting in one's own capabilities or statements. "I believe in myself" means having faith in one's potential or worth. The latter implies a deeper sense of self-confidence and self-assurance.
To believe somebody is to accept their explanation of the truth to be just that, the truth. To believe in somebody is to accept each and every decision they make to be the same, the truth, or; correct.
There is a big difference in the terms, I believe myself and I believe in myself. I believe myself means that you believe something that you have said or stated. I believe in myself means that you believe in your ability to achieve something.

In the first statement the 'myself' is redundant. The second statement inplies that you do whatever it is, in isolation from others. 'by yourself' implies 'on your own'.
