To replace the decorative tile border on a concrete pool, the pool will have to be drained. The old tile needs to be taken off and a new tile with waterproof grout or concrete can be installed. The pool should dry for a week or so, before it is refilled.

What type of surface is it? Concrete, Vinyl or fiberglass? If you have a vinyl or fiberglass pool and it is rough it is probably calcium that has precipitated out of the water you will need to have your pool water analyzed by a professional swimming pool company. If your pool is concrete it could be calcium also or it could be an etching of the concrete both are related to water chemistry and the same professional analysis would need to be performed to resolve the issue.

Cobalting is what the black spots on fiberglass pools is called. This occurs when the gel finish on the pool begins to break down. You can remove the old gel coating and apply a new one.
How do you clean cement around an inground pool?
My concrete around the pool was stained from tree tannins. No cleaners helped at all. I disolved small amounts of shock granules and scattered it on the concrete. After a few minutes I hosed it off and the concrete looks like new. No pool or chemical supply location had any solution. Try the shock - it worked great for me.

Why I have brown spots on my cloths from ironing?
Your iron needs to be cleaned periodically. If it isn't it can stain your clothes. The brown spots could also be from over ironing, burning your clothes from your iron. You may consider getting a new iron.

Four light brown spots under your arm could just be sun spots from being in the sun. However they could be cancerous if they grow, become raised, or become darker.
