It could mean many things, and it might not have anything to do with you. Carl Jung would say that the women in your boyfriend´s dream (including you) are a representation of his soul. Freud would say that the dream is a form of wish fulfillment. In other words, your boyfriend´s dream could have been inspired by a passing thought that he had during the day, or it could be a metaphor for some situation in his life. If you are questioning your boyfriend´s fidelity or his desire to be with you, the best thing to do is to talk to him about it. Maybe your boyfriend was as confused as you are by the dream that he had and he wanted to share it with you. Maybe he is using this dream as a way to open up a conversation about breaking up (a little bit immature, if that is the case). If you feel secure in your relationship with him, then there is no reason to worry about the dream that he had. If you don´t feel secure in your relatinship with him, let your feelings be your guide, and consider moving on.

When it comes to dreams, most of the times it's only that, dream. For you to dream about your boyfriend so often, its probably nothing except your thinking of him and you don't want to loose him, so if you put this together your self conscious will be dreaming your boyfriend. Or it could be that you don't trust your boyfriend completely and this is what makes you dream of him. I don't mean to insult you because I am not, how about try to talk to him so he can assure you that nothing is going on. And this might gives you a peace of mind.
