Yes, it is bad. Pot affects your whole body. Starting with your brain it affects memory both long and short term. If you are in school you are unable to retain the information given you. Next it affects the lungs, heart, and respiratory system. Blood pressure goes up, it can cause lung and mouth cancer, and it changes hormones. The hormones it changes are your male/female hormones balance and can cause breast growth in men/boys. This is just a few of the things it does. Not to mention it is illegal and if you get busted you will have a drug charge on your record. This could prevent you from getting future jobs. It is also a gateway drug that leads to harder drugs.
the Gov would make too much money from it they want us to stay in a panic state of mind so we have to rely on them to "save" us and "protect" us. but it is very good for you and makes you relax.
Actually i think it is okay. it has been proved that it is better than drinking alcohol and i think its better than smoking a cygar. It is relaxing and is completely safe as long as u dont drive whle smoking it. So go smoke but only like once in a while not like every minute of ur life...
In my experience, it is not a concern, unless of course, you are injured while training because you were impaired.
That said, I have worked out quite intensely with weights after partaking of some herbal refreshment, and I have had very good workouts.
Granted, these training sessions were done in privacy(I have a very complete home gym setup) so there was nobody present to cause any distraction or increased paranoia.
I would not advocate training while under the influence of weed, but I have not had any adverse effects while doing so.
Take longer breaks between sets, and perhaps cut the total training time interval down, and focus on one area of concern, say, just biceps, for example.
This may help to focus for a shorter time and increase productivity.
I did find that extended workout sessions under the influence were not as productive.
You can smoke too much and "get too high" causing you to feel uncomfortable.
But in the sense of overdosing, no you would pass out and sleep for hours before you are able to smoke enough to cause an overdose.
