Some beers may contain sugar. Most of any sugar used when processing beer is converted to alcohol by the yeast. However, some residual sugars may remain. How much sugar depends on the actual brand of beer.
On the count of the fact sugars are used by yeast as food and are converted to alcohol. There is probably little to no sugar in most light bodied beers like Bud Light. But still be wary of the empty calories that are plentiful in all beers :)
Why would you put sugar into a keg of beer? The sugars come form the grains and adjunts.
