Long term effects include ataxia (cerebellar damage which causes tremors), fatty liver or liver fibrosis and immunosupression (more sensitive to mild infections).

The only non-negative long term effect of alcohol that is worthy of mention is that the liver will produce more Alcohol Dehydrogenase, which speeds up the metabolism and clearance of alcohol in the blood.

well first you get drunk

you can black out, puke embarrass you self and all that fun stuff mom and dad I'm sure have warned you about, that stuff sucks when it happens but you'll bounce back quick and then theres always next weekend

Google your question and go to "courtingfo.ca.gov" it has a entire list of what you are looking for

the serious stuff you have to worry about is the long term like the fact that drinking a few beers nothing crazy every weekend before 21 can stunt your growth, including growth of body parts like your heart and brain which will seriously mess you up later on in life, so watch your step. Drinking is fun especially if your under aged which I'm assuming you are because your question leads me to believe you don't have much experience with drinking but be careful, know your limits more so that you don't embarrass your self more so then anything else and only drink on special occasions. My trick was to not go out of my way to get booz but to drink when it is available and handed right to me this way you really can't go over bored
