here's an idea. this is what i am doing to ask my boyfriend to turnabout. I am first having a friend give him a fortune cookie that says you have the opportunity to make someone smile everyday. Who was Sadie Hawkins?
Sadie Hawkins was a comic strip character invented by Al Capp, the famous cartoonist, in the comic strip L'il Abner. L'il Abner was a long running strip most popular from it's inception in 1934 thru 1977. Sadie was the daughter of Hekzebiah Hawkins, a prominent citizen of Dogpatch. She had social standing but was so homely that she had no boyfriend.
