I tried it. It's bs. I had one joint, took a few big hits and it is very harsh on the throat and lungs, BUT I actually felt a tiny tiny bit buzzed or foggy. It was NOT worth it though. Don't do it. If you're going to smoke something, just smoke marijuana.
