(Using a nextel phone 2 way near my lap like a 2 way radio etc). However when holding a cell phone to my ear while driving and trying to talk on the phone I notice a lack of concentration while driving. WHY IS THIS PHENOMONEN NOTICED?What is the mental difference between holding a cell phone to your ear and using one in your lap in the direct talk mode????
