if you are trying to put songs on a computer through and iPod or iphone it wont work
You can also try to transfer the entire library manually, or using a software. Both ways are explained in the Kioskea FAQ.
All you have to do is burn a CD downloading all of your old music on to the CD. If you do that and put that CD back into the other computer and open iTunes. You should be able to transfer your new music. I got a new computer and I was able to do those steps and it worked. you also can use a usb connection. It can be a great help in transferring music from itunes to another computer.
Flash drive
IPod Sync everything with one computer then sync with new PC
File>library>back up to disk so you can us a large blank disk
Online sites that let you store data
if im not mistaken that ipod has to be in sync with the other computer
you cant because you'll have to delete it all since you pluged it into a new computer
If the purchased songs are in your iTunes library, just drag it to the folder you want it to be in from iTunes.
You plug the ipod into the new device and click and drag the music over into the itunes window
Hope that helped!

If you have music backups of the old iPod in iTunes, you can easily sync the songs with the new iPod. If you don't have backups, you are also able to transfer purchased songs from the old iPod to iTunes using the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes. You won't be allowed to transfer the songs from the old iPod to computer or new iPod if the songs are not from iTunes. This is how to transfer music from old iPod to new iPod with the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes: Step 1. Plug the Old iPod into computer via the USB cable. Then launch iTunes. Step 2. Click "File > Device > Transfer Purchases". iTunes will automatically transfer the songs to iTunes library. Step 3. Plug the new iPod into computer. Then import the songs from iTunes to the new iPod.
Yes, although you may need to use special programs or softwares. :)
you cant. you have to have the music on your computer. and after that just sync it,
First, one has to move his or her iTunes files onto another PC by emailing them, putting them on a USB stick, or putting them on a portable hard drive. Once the files are on another computer one will need to authorize that computer with the iTunes store account that purchased the original songs. Also, it would be wise to deauthorize the old computer because each account only has a limited number of allowed authorized computers. With the new computer authorized simply import the files and they can be played on the new PC.Alternative solution to transfer iTunes to a new PC using free Tuneswift:http://transfer-itunes-to-new-pc.blogspot.com/
plug your ipod to the computer, open itunes, select Music and manually transfer the song to the ipod
no
You can download vz contact transfer
because your music is saved on the old computer. You are logging in to your iTunes store account so you can continue to purchase music. This is separate from the music you already have in your iTunes library. you will need to copy your existing music library from the old computer to the new computer to access it with the new iTunes software.
intentionally you cant but if you sign in on the new computer with your old account and click the file share "on" button you will be able to access all of your files on your olther computer. Or you can use an ipod to computer transfer program to help.I personally use this iPad/iPhone/iPod to Computer Transfer. It helps me to transfer my songs/videos/photos/playlists etc from ipod to my computer directly and safely. It works well for me.
First thing you do is save your files to discs. Next, deauthorize you account from your old computer. Then, import your files to your new MacBook. Finally, authorize your account from your new MacBook.
You've got a few choices here: 1. If the music is on your iPod, you can just get it from there 2. Use a flash drive to transfer the songs from iTunes to iTunes of the new computer 3. If you saved the email receipts then i believe you can get the songs again on another computer but im not totally sure. Unless the virus did something that made your computer not open iTunes or makes the computer unusable. In that case you're probably better off with option 1.
To transfer iTunes from an external hard drive to a mac, simply go to finder and click on the external hard drive under devices on the left. Once that window opens you can either open the tracks or drag and drop them into one of the hard drive directories.
