Go onto YouTube and search "MMD model downloads". Click on one of the videos. Look in the description of the video. look for the name of the model you like and press the link (it's easier if their from Mediafire) Put the PMD into MikuMikuDance---Userfile----model. If it is a zip file, open the zip file, right click the folder in the zip file and "Extract to specified folder". look for mikumikudance, userfile then model and put the file in there. If it is a model made in Japan, the name of the folder and models inside will be jibberish. Change the models names and the floder name into something in English letters. The model should work now. Heres a video with lots of models to choose from ----- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQuXRfgymrc
There are maybe hundreds, if not THOUSANDS, of places to download MMD models~ I cannot name every site but here are a few~ www.youtube.com (links are in descriptions there), www.nicovideo.jp/ (links also in descriptions but site is in Japanese) , www.deviantart.com/ , http://sites.Google.com/site/mikumikubeat/pmddownloads (this will tell you where you can get some downloads too, and there's plenty of Japanese websites that you may need to translate in order to get the links)~ Search Mediafire, it is the place where you will be, most of the time, taken to download models that are in English, for models in Japanese (And I mean that come with Japanese bones and such) you will most of the time be taken to a site called Loda~ And if you have a problem with the texture not showing up on models, that's because your computer does not read Japanese or it's language needs to be changed to Japanese in order for all the files to go to the right place~ Hope this helped x)
You can find most video game rips via Google, DeviantART, or maybe even YouTube.

ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTIONMy MMD wont load Models and now it wont even open up MMD it seems like nothins working and I downloaded the lastest MMD whats going on?-Edit-I think it might just be the program itself. My MMD wont open up, and I downloaded it again. If it IS the program itself, watch out. Your MMD files will start to delete themselves.I had this happen to me. The best thing would be to secure your computer. Find out if it is a virus. Then scan your computer for a birus, and scan it for Cookies, also.If It is a virus, clean your browser, delete your browser cookies, and clean your computer.Reboot it and download MMD again.
If you are using the MMD multi model edition they should be in your MMD[insert version of MMD you are using] → UserFile → Model
SureinDragon makes the models that Valforwings converts have bones so that they're like models and you can move them.
You can get MMd models and accessories from many sites and creators like Anomaro , Isao, Sebaton and animasa.Just go to Google/youtube/deviantart time in a models name and search for downloads expample: MMD Miku download or MMD Luka download If you want motion data or accessories do the same thing. If you want wave files then you can either search for them like shown above or convert them yourself by using foobar 2000 or a youtube converter. You can also use Audacity if you have it. Open Audacity, import audio, and without changing anything, click File - Export as WAV.
Well, you down load the file. Open up the Downloading Folder. If its an ".x" file place it in your accessory folder. If its an ".PMD" place it in models. If its a ".VPD" put it in pose data. If its a ".VMD" folder, place it in motion data.
PMD Editor is an application for MMD (Miku Miku Dance) where you can edit the models
I apologize if the answer is vague but you can create clothes, accessories, or any other extra things by using googlesketchup and downloading a pulgin for it to be used as a .x file in MMD.
