How do you download games to an iPhone?

On your iPhone, you will see an icon that says App Store. Tap it, there will be some apps. Now explore the Store and tap an app you want. Now tap install on the top right corner, enter your Apple ID (or create one) and confirm. The app will download and install itself automatically.
Using the Apple App store, if you don't already have an account you can sign up throught iTunes.

Click on it if you like the look of it and read the description. If you decide you want it press the green button in the top right hand corner which will say buy or install depending if it's free or paid.
