Its important to know that you shouldn't come on to strong. Dont make her feel pressured, and also don't ask her in front of her friends. And another thing, do it yourself please, don't have a friend go up to her instead of u. Girls hate it when guys do that Other than that just come right out and ask her, make sure not in a creepy way though. For example, don't go up and get all in her face, be like 1 foot apart at least.
