By default, iTunes Music uses AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) format. You cannot download iTunes music to Sony MP3 Player.
To transfer iTunes files or other files to your portable player, you can use a third-party tool like Macsome iTunes Converter. It is able to download iTunes files and Apple Music songs to MP3, so that you can transfer iTunes music to Sony MP3 Player or other devices without limits.
I had loads of trouble doing it but in the end I found iWisoft Video converter which I downloaded for free.
It has a Walkman video format option so all you have to do is add your file, find the Walkman format in the profile box and click start.
Once its converted find the file in your documents, plug the Walkman into your PC and copy it directly to your Walkman. There is no need to use media manager or Windows Media Player to sync it.
You can't download songs directly from your Sony Walkman Player, but you can go on your computer and use "Windows Media Player" where you can sync songs onto your music player. You can just drag songs from the list into the little box on the right that should say "WALKMAN". Also, you can go on certain websites and download your music, but make sure they're actually legal.. :P
Hope this helped :)
You download them first onto your comp from a site like itunes in mp3 format. Once you have them there you download into your player with a usb cord. When you select each song, download to rem. disk should be an option somewhere.
It depends which Walkman you have! If you have one of the ones made in the last 4 years or so, it's very simple. All you do is import the songs you want into Windows Media Player, plug your player in, and click on the tab called 'Sync'. A picture of your player should appear on the right, and you should be able to drag all the songs you want to have on your player to the list on the right, by searching within WMP (using the search bar, or however), and click 'Sync'. That should do it, and it's a heck of a lot easier than using an iPod!
If you have an older Walkman, like I used to, you'll need to download Sony's special software and do a similar thing with it as above, although unfortunately I can't remember the name of this software, sorry.
Hope I've helped!

Kurt Darren is an South-African singer. Much more cannot be told about this man. He sang a lot of songs, but you can't download it (for your MP3player)!
When purchasing any electronic store device there is a limit on how many songs or files it can hold. Websites like anythingbutipod.com have comprehensive lists that allow users to know how many songs that they can store on a mp3player based on bitrate, song length, and mp3 player memory capability.
You have to download them.
