Im not sure about legs, but if you want to lose weight really fast, basically clean everything off your plate and listen to me because I ve done this and it works. Your diet every day should consist of at least 2 servings of fruit before 2 ( you have to have low sugar fruits so no Oranges or cherries. You stick with strawberries blueberries peach and Pears. watermelon has no nutritional value. you need these carbs because without carbs your body gets angry but none after 2 because you wont burn them) you should have 2 yogurts a day, lowfat, only fruit flavored, vanilla, or plain. as many vegetables as you want. ALL OF THEM. no red meat. no bread. you can have skinless chicken, some turkey, some tuna or other low fat fish like tilapia or salmon, thats it. you can have up to two eggs a day, egg white, eat whenever. exercise at least 15-20 mins a day. just get your heart pumping. Dont OVER exercise. dont do it or more than about 45 mins to an hour, unless you always do that. dont push yourself super hard. you can have some other stuff like some marinara sauce, a little mayo in your tuna, cottage cheese, some spices. Onions are great to cook with. You should have about two tble spoons of olive or flaxseed oil a day. try to take vitamins and make sure you're not stressed. Being stressed really pack on the pounds. Lack of sleep too. you should loose about 5 pounds the first week. im not kidding. I lost 15 in three weeks
