Yes, but heres the thing. Most common transmission of oral herpes (cold sore) is skin the skin contact. through kissing and such. Oral Herpes can be transmitted through items such as cups, utensils, straws, and of course cigarettes. But the virus s very fragile and dies pretty quick in the air. I dont know an exact number but id guess 5 mins max. The virus can only survive at body temperature (98.6) so when it hits room temperature it cant survive very long or it mutates and becomes no longer contagious, also the cold sore is the area that is most contagious, so if the person has a cold sore on the corner of their lip, and they only smoke with the other side of their lip, then the chances of transmission is extremely low. SOOO if you do share a cigarette with someone (which you should, better safe than sorry). make sure the cig doesnt touch the sore, keep it in the air for a while for the virus to die, or maybe even put a flame near it for a 30 seconds the heat will kill it, hopefully this helps . Have a good day!
No, you can't get trichomoniasis from sharing a cigarette.
It is not possible to get tuberculosis from sharing a cigarette. You also cannot get it from sharing a toothbrush or from shaking hands.
Depends on the amount of saliva on the cigarette, but yes.
Yes. From saliva . And razors, if they have blood on them.HIV is rarely, if ever transmitted by saliva that has been exposed to the air. and not in direct contact with an open mucous membrane.
HPV is usually passed by some sort of sexual contact. A person needs to either have sex with someone who has the virus or have some sort of skin to skin contact with the area (warts). A person can NOT get HPV from sitting on a toilet seat, shower, sharing drinks or food, a pool, etc. Check out this site for more information on HPV: http://www.cdc.gov/std/HPV/STDFact-HPV.htm
Yes. But she still has to come in contact with the std. Sharing needles thru drug use is a good way to get one.
Mono is spread through direct contact with saliva, so it is possible to contract is by sharing the same cigarette. You can also get ti by sharing lipstick, or drinking from the same glass.
yes she does, tom and jade were spotted sharing a cigarette(or whatever) once.....:(
It doesn't matter, you shouldn't smoke anyway.
The only way to spread HIV/AIDS is by transferring blood from one person to another. And various tests have proven that HIV/AIDS cannot be spread through saliva. So the only way this is possible is if the smoker was bleeding, and there was blood on the cigarette afterwards, and the person who then took the cigarette was also bleeding.are you sureAssuming saliva only on the cigarette, it is not possible to transmit HIV via cigarette sharing. You will not catch HIV from smoking cigarettes or marijuana.No. Not even kissing will result in infectionYes, if the person smoking the cigarette has HIV. However, there would not be enough of the virus from the saliva in the cigarette butt to pass on an infection.no hiv virus cannot be present in a cigarette as saliva doesn't carry hiv virus.
Smoking can attract swine flu only if you are sharing a cigarette with someone who has swine flu.
twosing is basically two people sharing a cigarette or joint , often one person having half and the other has the other half.
