If you are talking about the propriety of wearing girls clothing in public, there is no law against it in the United States. Go ahead. Be prepared for the consequences. You will be unmercifully teased and even molested. Satisfy your desire in privacy. It could just be a phase that will pass with time. It was for my brother. When we were kids, I caught him dressing up. He was 11, I was 13.

Instead of ridiculing him. I went along and kept his fetish a secret. I even helped him pick clothes and helped him with what little I knew about makeup. However, by the time he was 14, he no longer liked doing this. He has since been married (twice) and has three kids. He is straight, but still occasionally dresses up at Halloween and costume parties as a woman. I think most guys go through this phase to some extent, some more than others. So don't feel ashamed or scared, but also be careful who you expose this side of yourself to.
