That point is near the top of a hill in the woods about 1,000-ft east of the intersection

of Florence Rd and River Dr, and about 2,100-ft north of Westwood Ave, in Westwood,

New Jersey.

Since Westwood has already claimed that forest, it would be pretty tough for any other

city to claim that it's any closer to that point than Westwood is.
