Advantages - Aerobic respiration produces a net total of approximately 30 ATP Molecules, whereas Anaerobic produces 2, Aerobic respiration also does not produce any toxins that are harmful to the body.

Disadvantage - Requires oxygen to power the Krebs cycle and Electron Transfer chain
