It it's necessary to add coolant you should add it into the overflow bottle that's located in engine compartment and has a sign on it saying coolant. This will be a whiteish colored container about 2 liters in size somewhere along the side in the engine compartment. It'll probably have a black plastic lid that just pops off. Never open your radiator cap when the engine is hot as you run the risk of burning yourself with very hot water. If you're having to add coolant often you should probably have that looked at. It could be that a radiator hose is leaking or that the radiator itself is leaking or that your heater core is leaking.

The 2002 Jeep cooling system Freon can be released from the high port on the air conditioning compressor. The new Freon can be added to the cooling system through the low port on the air conditioning compressor.
