No. They are totally not satanic. Some people can say AC/DC means "Anti-Christs/Dead Christ" but that is not true. It's an energy term that means "Alternating Current/Direct Current". And, about their songs with references to hell like "Highway To Hell", "Hell's Bells" and "Hell Ain't a Bad Place To Be", Bon Scott explained that, for them, being on the road all the time was like the highway to hell.
