Because QVC models are hired through modeling agencies, they work as independent contractors and only make as much money as their agencies can secure. This means the pay range varies. The majority of models that appear on QVC shows are paid an hourly rate, which can start at $100 an hour.

According to this article in the New York Times which QVC apparently responded to regarding casting calls for QVC hosts, QVC pays up to $500,000 per year for these positions. You may know that certain hosts such as Lisa Robertson have skyrocketed in popularity, airtime, and "brand value" since 2007 and it is likely these top performers make two or three times that amount today.

The QVC models are paid according to the going industry rate agreed upon between the company and the modeling agency. The rates can start at $100/hour or more.
