The only law in ANY state that you can use to return a car is the state Lemon Law. There is NO LAW in any state that allows a cooling off period or so-called buyer's remorse. Those laws apply to unsolicited sales, not automobile sales. You bought the car and you own the car. You cannot take it back.
Can I return a use car
you can not return a car with in any amount of time unless the sale was made away from the dealership i.e. at your house if there was fraudulent behavior you might point that out to the dealership thay may be willing to take it back in lue of a legal battle
no you can not return the car for your money back. As soon as you sign and drive off the lot the automobile is legally yours.
$2.50
Don't see why not - i accept them back ( i am a dealer in the UK )
What makes you think you can just return the car back to the dealer? There is no return law on the purchase of an automobile. The cooling off period law only applies to unsolicited purchases and not to the purchase of a vehicle. You bought it, you own it.
I purchused a new vehical in 2005. I have been trying to get the car dealership to take back the truck. This there a 72 hour return in Indiana?
No, the car depreciates after you take it off the lot from the dealership.
If the car is on a loan, you can return the car to the creditor that has granted you a loan on it. If you have paid off the car or bought the car paid off then you can't return the car to the dealership or owner unless it states you are allowed to do so. I tried returning a car that I paid off and was allowed to return it because it did not follow the lemon laws. If it had no problems, then no I couldn't return it and get my money back on it.
You cannot return a new car unless the dealership or individual allows you to. There is no provision for buyer's remorse.
It depends on the car and the dealership but Arizona's sales taxes are lower than California.
NO! Once you sign the papers, it is your car.
