No countries were actually created by the Treaty of Versailles. The Treaty of Versailles was the treaty that ended the war between the Allies and Germany, and it created the League of Nations. So the treaty mainly settled the war where the Germans were concerned- it took territory away from Germany, made them pay reparations, limited their military, and so on.
The treaty did recognize that some countries had been formed in the end of World War I. The Austro-Hungarian Empire had split into many smaller countries just before the war ended; Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Austria, and a large part of Yugoslavia were formed out of it. Some of these new countries, mainly Czechoslovakia, were given territory from Germany. Other considerations also arose- for example, Austria was forbidden by the treaty from ever joining with Germany (both countries speak German, and have similar customs and traditions, as well as a very closely related history).
The closest the treaty came to creating a new country was Danzig. Danzig (now it's called Gdansk) is a city that had been ruled by Germany, and it has a very important seaport at the mouth of a major river that runs through Poland. Danzig was split from Germany and made into its own semi-independent country. Poland had some power over it (like representing it in foreign affairs, and handling trains and highways), but otherwise, it was treated mostly like its own country. One of the final causes of World War II was that Hitler wanted Germany to retake Danzig and the "Polish Corridor", which was a little strip of land in Poland that separated Germany from Danzig.
So the short answer is no country was directly created by the treaty.
It should be noted also that the Treaty of Versailles was not the only treaty at the end of the war. Each country in the Central Powers had its own treaty to end the war- the new country of Austria had the Treaty of Saint-Germain, and Hungary had the Treaty of Trianon, as a couple of examples.
Germany was banned from the League of Nations.
The United Nations was established.
