A white diagnonal cross (saltire) on a sky blue background is the correct colour.
Many cheap copies of the scottish flag appear to be more of a dark blue / navy colour but this is incorrect
The official colour of blue endorsed by the Scottish Parliament is Pantone 300.

∙ 12y agoThe colors are very simple. A long time ago the Sottish people used to paint themselves blue. This is why their flag is blue. The white cross symbols Christianity. It is white because it symbolizes the innocent blood that has been shed from innocent Christians being persecuted.
