Jews in the concentration camps slept on narrow bunks in a bunkhouse with no warmth. They had a thin blanket, or no blanket at all. They shared a single bunk with three or more people. Not a comfortable stay, I'll tell you that.

The better treatment was straw mattresses with only a thin blanket. The worst was a concrete floor. They also had to sleep on pallets that approximately six people would sleep on.
