Segun he consultado en otros medios este no aparecera en la muestra ya que los testeadores buscan otra clase de drogas adictivas.

According to my research this won't show up in the sample due that testers look for other kind of addictive drugs.

Lisinopril is listed in my cross-reactivity chart as "non-reactive" which means it won't cause a false positive for anything. Since it's a prescription medication and is not a drug of abuse, the only reason I can see to test for it is compliance testing to be sure the patient is taking it.
