Yes, it will show up under the Amphetamine category. 99.9%+ of companies that do drug testing will test for this category of drugs. If there's only a small amount, it may be below the confirmation cutoff and therefore report as Negative. It shouldn't be a problem as long as you have a legit RX (haven't taken your friends/sisters/pets - yes, even pets - it happens, trust me).

∙ 13y agoIn some cases, yes. Vyvanse is a prodrug for the chemical dextroamphetamine. Dextroamphetamine will cause positive test for amphetamines, and in some drug tests methamphetamine. Provide your prescription to whomever is drug testing you to show valid reason for such a positive test.
