because its addictive, that's why the consumer feels like they need more
It depends what you mean. if you mean drugs, there are stuff like nicateen in them and crap to make you addicted. if you mean Video Games, (maplestory often) its because you feel you do not like your real life, or want to escape it. if you mean sexual addiction, such as watching porn on internet, it's because hormones in your body begin to crave that stuff, which is inapropriate. overall, addictions, have something to do with your body/life
Well, some drugs, like opiates (heroin, morphine, oxycodone, etc.) and alcohol are physically addictive, meaning there are physical withdrawal symptoms. A person who has been drinking or using opiates all day, every day, and then suddenly quits, will get very, very sick. So, obviously, it is very hard for an alcoholic or an opiate addict to quit these drugs, since doing so makes you so horribly sick.
In fact, withdrawal from alcohol can easily kill you. Withdrawal from opiates can kill you too, but it is a rare occurrence. Death from alcohol withdrawal is much more common.
Other drugs -- like cocaine, Ecstasy, speed (amphetamines or methamphetamines) -- are not physically addictive, but they are extremely chemically addictive. In essence, they make your brain crave more of them.
Even less harmful drugs, like marijuana, can be addictive. Marijuana is not physically or chemically addictive, but it can be psychologically addictive. A person who uses it every day becomes so accustomed to being on it, that they begin to feel normal when they're on it, and they feel distinctly abnormal when they stop taking it.
Addiction means that your body craves the drugs - that's why it's such a bad idea to start using that sort of drug in the first place. They actually make your body want more and more until you OD and die.
withdrawal symptoms on stopping, makes you feel incomplete; ill without it.
i think it is hard to stay of drugs when you get addicted because it is already inside your system
if they have withdrals when they stop using
Crime refers to illegal activities that violate laws, while drugs refer to substances that can alter a person's physical or mental state when consumed. Drug-related crimes involve the illegal possession, distribution, or use of drugs, which is a subset of criminal activities.
Addiction.
When a person needs a drug to feel normal, he or she has an addiction.

Drugs can be grouped into different classes according to their effect on the central nervous system (your brain and its connections to the various organs and other parts of your body). If you are using a drug repeatedly over a period of time, you will develop dependence on that drug. But you will also develop dependence to other drugs that you have not used that are in the same class as the drug you are using. This means that when you stop using one drug and begin to experience withdrawal, prescribed use of another drug in the same class might stop or decrease the severity of withdrawal. An example is the use of methadone (a narcotic) to help heroin (a narcotic) users avoid withdrawal. Cross addiction has also been used to describe addiction to more than one drug, whether or not it is in the same class
Well, it is highly recommended that a person with drug addictions be sent to drug addiction rehab because it solves the problem quickly. They also offer great support.
The answer will vary from one person to another, one drug to another, how long the addiction has lasted, the motivation for stopping.
Drug Addiction or Substance Abuse
Tolerance to a drug (so that higher and higher amounts are needed in order to obtain the same initial effect) and dependence - both are part of the physical addiction. Psychological addiction does not involve physical tolerance and dependence, but can be difficult to treat, unless there is motivation to kick the habit.
Yes, any kind of addiction can cause a person to be angery.
