Urine contains all the body's toxins that the kidneys filter out of the blood. So it is indeed harmful to reintroduce toxins to your system.
Ingesting urine is only guaranteed safe if it is your own. If you're drinking somebody else's, then there's a chance that you're getting toxins from the wrong section of the stream. It is really not advised to drink someone else's urine due to the fact that the chemicals, enzymes, and hormones in one's own urine is tailored to the person excreting it. If you're drinking someone else's, then it's like taking somebody's medication regime for whatever reason. The ratios of the chemicals involved aren't proportioned for you. Now, if you should decide to drink another's urine during Urolagnia play, then you will get less of their toxins and hormones if you only ingest midstream from a healthy partner. Urine shouldn't have too many toxins to harm you unless there is something wrong with the health or diet of the host. Yes you can get sick from drinking urine. Urine is a waste product of the body. Your body let's it out for a reason.
This is not true some native Americans drink their own urine. Its wast things your body didnt need, and mixed with water hinch why you are passing it are bodies are very intune with what we need and don't, you can drink your own urine its not going to taste good and not going to make you sick but it is possible

No, drinking your own urine will not allow you to lose weight.

I'd say it's pretty indifferent, urine leaving the body is sterile so it certainly won't do you any harm, however as it's your bodys waste product I don't think it will have many good effects as your body will have already taken most of the goodness and nutrients out of the liquids before it was turned into urine.
Drinking urine will not harm your body in any way. Many people drink their own urine in dire situations to keep them hydrated.
Drinking Urine Not Recommended, No. There is no sound medical evidence to support drinking urine. As a point of interest, there are those who do drink their own urine and claim it has health benefits. Additionally, in an emergency situation, it's possible to drink one's urine as a temporary means of holding off dehydration- though this cannot be done indefinitely and certainly is not recommended. Urine is waste the body doesn't want. Urine only contains only about 5% of Urea (the actual waste product your body produces) the rest is mainly just water, so it is safe to drink in case of extreme emergencies, and it may have to be forced into you, and you should avoid drinking it anyway.
drinking your own urine yess, casue it has nutrients in it, but oeeing in your hand is pretty gross
No humans would not get sick from drinking their own urine. my little brother did it when he was one and he didnt get sick. Actually, it is entirely possible to get sick from drinking urine (yours or others). Urine contains waste products from the body which are being purposely excreted, and re-introducing them is unhealthy. However, consuming small amounts is generally very unlikely to cause problems. In fact, in certain cases where lack of water is of a life-threatening concern, consumption of urine can help keep one hydrated. Overall, though, urine is a body WASTE, and is not beneficial in any way.
Yes, go try it.
