All women have facial hair but for some, it is coarse rather than fine and excessive. This is because they have a high ratio of male androgens in their bodies than other women, and this causes the excessive growth of facial hairs.
No,Never attempt that. Ever. No matter what.
You should definitely wax it or thread it though.
It costs a few dollars or pounds at any beauty salon.
Or you could thread it yourself. Theres tutorials on YouTube.
Fyi If you shaved it even once, your upperlip hair would become just like a mans.
Plucking upper lip hair is painful, can cause rash, redness and ingrown hairs but if you'd be able to pluck the upper lips without any problems then you can continue to do so.
Waxing upper lip hair is better than plucking as this will not take so much time to do plus hair removal products designed for sensitive and delicate areas such as face are now available in the market.

Yes! It is perfectly for girls and adult women to grow hair around the nipple area. In fact, most females do have hair around their nipples. This hair can vary from thin and short to long and thick. And all is common. It is advised not to shave or pluck, but see a doctor to resolve the unwanted problem.

pluck the hair in case of short term
my guess would that because when you pluck a hair it comes out from the root and pulls from your skin/scalp. But when you cut you're not usually cutting from the root. Well, yeah, that seems to be part of it. I would word it this way: It doesn't hurt when you cut hair because hair doesn't have any nerves, but when you pluck hair, you also kind of pull the nerve the hair is attached to.
