testicular torsion will make the scrotum (the testicle ball holding facility) turn black due to the anti sperms, since the torsion stops sperms (white) from fighting anti-sperms (black), the anti-sperm takes over the ball sack and holds your little white friends hostage until you untwist (grrr) and release yourself from the pain (ouch) , if you want to be able to twist your balls you must make the two sperm kingdoms peace with each other (very hard to do) only then can you twist your balls freely without making the anti-sperm take over your scrotum, btw if you want to fic the problem of your balls to stop all you have to do to get rid of anti-sperms (black) you have to use (lemon flavour) Sperm Away™ then the problem will be solved.

if you are wondering how I know this is because we learn this at school when we are 10 or 11.

Testes don't turn black. The scrotum, which is sack of skin holding testicles within appear dark (blackish) because of hyper pigmentation.
