Yes its true that your health depends on your lifestyle. Healthy lifestyles leads to healthy body.

In today's situation it is tough to have healthy lifestyle because of packed & busy schedule which automatically affects your health.

1. Sleep Early Weak up early

2. Eat Healthy Food - Fruits,Grains & more on salad

3.Do not forget to have a breakfast daily.

4. Daily Exercise keeps you fit. At least 30 mins workout is must

5. Make your self habitual of reading books, newspaper, Articles etc

6. Listen calm,soft music or meditation music. This will make you feel relax & stress free

7.Spend time with Family.

8 Go for outing - visit nearby places , picnic spots & explore more.

9.Do Gardening as well, Cause having green plants at workplace or home is really good. Cause plants create fresh environment every time.

10. Give time for your hobbies. Whatever your hobby is, make sure you are investing little time in it. This isn't about just happiness, it gives you satisfaction as well.

Love yourself, love the things you do, Love N respect people from bottom of heart.

This is the best way to stay healthy & happy.
