Before we dive deeper, let me emphasize that the most important thing is to make start! Do something! Start using an effective supplement. Start your exercise program, maybe walk for ½ hour, reduce your sugar & starch consumption (most starches turn into sugar once in your body).

There are many options for exercise. A great diet for both women and men is a diet that does not include sugar and processed food.

Calories do not matter and fat grams do not matter. If you eat a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, grains and avoid foods that are made by the big brands (processed foods) you can not go wrong.

Since everyone is different, this is a very subjective question but I can tell you from personal experience that Lipo 6X really worked well for me for a solid 4 weeks, then dropped off. If your body is already very used to stimulants (coffee, Monster, 4 hour energy, other diet pills, pre-work out drinks etc.,) then you may find that there aren't any diet pills that would work for you. If that is the case (because I have been there myself) you are better off saving your money and eliminating all stimulants from your diet for a period of about 4-6 weeks. That way your body will once again become more acclimated to not having the stimulant and will establish that as the norm, so that when you do reintroduce a stimulant again you will feel its effects more. Just be very careful. They are so tempting to take as a catalyst for weight loss, but they can be SO dangerous. Your heart isn't made to sustain long periods of elevated heart rates and high blood pressure and hypertension become serious risks when using any stimulant.
