Hot pack it with a moist pack until it comes to a head.
that once happened to me. if it burns put cooling spray on it.
Hold ice on it.
Could be many things. Most likely a foarming pimple. You wouldn't be able to really see it, and it would be sensitive when you push on it.
Use Tylenol and then clean your face with an oil-free cleanser and water. Continue washing it every day to keep the area clean from infection. A spot treatment will help to dry out the pimple.
You can't really "heal" it your self. It takes time for the swelling to go down. Mine took about 1-2 weeks.
After doing some research on this, I've come to the conclusion that swollen and painful toes could very well be linked to Raynaud's Disease and often are. Of course, as with all serious medical issues, you really should see your physician just to make sure.
If it is painful you are probably not wet or swollen and aroused enough. The clitoris and labia has to be taken care of first, otherwise she will probably not be aroused enough. Never stick anything in unless she is really wet. And be gentle!
The swelling should go down after 2 or so days, an anti-inflammatory might help as well but be careful which one you use as your vagina could be sensitive to a stronger anti-inflammatory.
If it is really swollen and red, try wiping it really softly with either water or you could try special preservative-free saline solution (from vets), but I would stick with the water. I would advise you to take it to the vet if the swelling isn't gone by the next day. Hope it helps
i really don't know the answer to this question but in guessing if you have your ears pierced you should use antiseptic or alcohol to keep your earlobe clean, i myself have a infected cartilage it is red, swelling, painful, warm totouch, discharging clear liquid but make sure you don't confuse it with a allergic reaction i suggest you keep your earlobe clean with alcohol and wash your hands before you clean it. If it is swollen then use sea salt and warm water . =] thanks
yes
I think it could be a stye but I'm not sure. i have the same thing. and it is really sore.
A hot compress or hot towel can help reduce swelling. Neosporin or a generic anitbacterial cream/gel will fight the infection. I like Johnson&Johnson's Clean and Clear sylic acid acne treatment too - helps with the redness and swelling. Drink plenty of water, and avoid sugar as it feeds bad bacteria in your body.
I don't have one but I have friends who do. They have other piercings as well and their helix piercings are the most painful for them. But some of them say that the actual piercing isn't as painful as the swelling afterwards. Any cartilage piercing just takes longer to heal and stays cranky for a while. I have my tragus pierced and it really wasnt that bad.
