Well I am 15 also and I am 155 and 5'7" and I am considered at risk. I have found that overweight for a 15 year old is 175 and above. The best way to check if you are overweight or at risk is to Google BMI for Teens. BMI stands for body mass index also look at many different sites, for best calculation look for one with age, height, weight, and date of measurements. The health weight for a teen is 107 to 152 pounds. Also if you are muscular the BMI may not be accurate.
this totally depends on your height and other measurements. Roughly between 100lbs-130lbs
The normal weight is 120 or 130
The answer depends on many factors. A good place to start is with you Body Mass Index (BMI). See the Centers for Disease Control for further information.
That depends on height and chest size. I wouldn't worry to much about your weight at this age. Just make sure to eat healthily and get plenty of daily exercise.
it would depend on your BMI.
The average weight of a 15-year-old is 105-125 pounds. A weight of 80 kg equals to 175 pounds, so that would be obese.
a 15 year old shouldn't be losing 5 pounds in 5 days unless your like obese. any weight lose has to be done with progression, you wouldn't loose fat in 5 days either you would just lose water weight. drink A LOT of water if you want to loose weight
120, if you weigh any more you are obese
