You don't need to be worrying about gaining muscle at such a young age. Eat and sleep well so you can grow taller. Working out is the only way to gain muscle weight and you might stunt growth that way. But if you really want to, intake lots of protein and workout 3 times a week.
bring him with you to tell maby 10 - 20 not too excesive it can be bad for him and just not healthy
Yes, it will make you stronger and healthier.

If he's doing it correcly and not in any way damaging himself or his body...nothing happens, he gets the exercise and the nice body that comes with it. ;)
if work out means exercise, then yes anyone can exercise so long as there is not a disability preventing it.

It actually is okay to lift weights at your age. I am a 14 year old girl and i bench press a bunch of weights and i have not stunted my growth. Guys are mad to lift weights I'm not suppose to lift weights but i am strong enough to do it. The answer to you is yes.
Some is fine, but a lot, or heavy weights isn't a good idea. A growing body isn't as stable as an adult body and may take damage.
An eleven year old does not need to work out yet, because the muscles are not yet fully developed. Only when puberty hits, then a person will start to see muscle improvement. Otherwise, an eleven year old should not lift weights because no major or even minor improvement may occur do to the lack of the development of the muscles.
Keep them as minimal as possible. Do not lift anything above 10 pounds. Use small dumbbells which are 2-5 pounds in weight for all exercises.

It doesn't depend on your height, but whatever. Well, you should be able to lift pretty hefty weights if you train regularly. If you just randomly started, then not a ton. Benchpressing or lifting, just wondering???
there are many different ways that you can lift something. i would need to know how you are lifting this weight. but, if you can lift it and it doesn't hurt then you should be fine. although it is said that you shouldn't be lifting weights until youre older, as it can affect your development.
Keep lifting. Lift consistently, and do not skip. Try to eat lean meats after lifting, and remember: it isn't how much you can lift that ultimately determines strength, you will gain strength even if you lift smaller weights very frequently.
