The possibility of overdoing it is what happens. Exercise is vitally important, no argument, but the muscles used in exercising also need "down" time to rebuild and relax. If you exercise twice a day, the second session should ideally involve muscles not used much during the first session.

∙ 13y agoIf you do it slowly and incrementally, you will get stonger and presumably healthier. Don't overdo it , it may result in an injury. Consistency and continuity is best.
