I would have to say that methadone is really deadly due to the fact that you don' get that rush of warmth that opiates usually give you, the result is that inexperienced users will take more than a few pills, and will never wake up to tell the story.

Actually, here in Florida any prescription drug that contains an Opiate is the deadliest because they are so easy to get and they are very popular amongst the tweens and teens...
