Hi!!
When your blood sugar is low you may have symptoms like fainting, Shaking, drowsy, sweating, blurred vision, headache, sudden hunger, increased heartbeat. These symptoms are found at early stage of Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). If left untreated brain begins to lack glucose and person may have symptoms of confusion, personality change, slurred speech, poor concentration and coordination. If still left untreated person may go into coma or develop seizures.
Hope I have answered your question.
That's called Hypoglycemia and from experience of being a type 1 diabetic and sometimes if I take too much insulin I get really weak, sometimes if it's too low it's hard to stand and walk. Shakiness is normally the first symptom. Drowsiness can be not alway. Confusion, and that is where it gets dangerous because that can mean that the person is getting dangerously close to a diabetic coma, which can take minutes, hours, days, months, years, to come out of, sometimes never. If blood sugar levels drop below 60 that is getting really dangerous. I've had mine at just over 50 after waking up and it's a pretty scary experience.
Hope this helps, best of luck.
when blood glucose level drop, glucagon converts glycogen(a starch-like storage product) to glucose, in order to retain homeostasis.
That would be hypoglycemia, means that the level of blood sugar in the body is low, which is as dangerous as having a high blood sugar level.

The most common symptoms of low blood sugar are dizziness, shakiness, sweating, hunger and anxiety. The medical term for low blood sugar is hypoglycemia.
Low blood sugar is also known as Hypoglycemia. Having low blood sugar can result in the symptoms of perspiration, rapid heart beat, anxiety and shakiness and is the nervous system response to having low levels of circulating blood sugar.
Your blood sugar will become low once you are fasting, and when that happens the alpha cells of the islets of Langerhans will allow glucogen to be release. Glucogen promotes the conversions of glycogen to glucose, which is released into the blood. As glycogen is converted to glucose in the liver the blood sugar level returns to normal.
It masks the effects of low blood sugar.
