i am pretty sure that when an atom is chemically active its outer valence shell is not full meaning it is able to form different types of bonds with different elements.
chemically active means an active chemical.
This question is meaningless without more information. What is meant by 'active'? If you mean reactive, then they are similar, both being alkali metals with 1 valence electron.
It is a crystalline allotropic modification of carbon. Diamonds are hardest element known and is chemically very inert.
It means that the element will add, gain or share electrons so that the outer most shell has 8 electrons.
Assuming you mean "contain" in a physical sense (because chemically speaking, no element can "contain" a compound) ... Sulfur should work. Carbon ought to work as well.
Substances that cannot be chemically broken down into simpler substances are called elements.
When it says that the case status is active is means that the case is still being worked on. The case will be active until it is finalized.
chemically clean means free from chemicals and ready for use
Being as spry as a fox means being active and alert, like a fox.
A compound is a substance that contains 2 or more different elements combined chemically. if you mean Ne, then no, because that is Neon (which is one element) But if you mean NE, then yes becaus, N is 1 atom, and E is another.
If a compound is organic, then it contains any compound of carbon and another element or a radical.Source:wordnetweb.princeton.edu/perl/webwn
Argon is the 18th element on the periodic table. It is one of the noble gasses. It is called such because it chemically it almost never reacts and those few compounds that it does form are highly unstable.
It means that there are no active efforts being taken to collect the loan.
